Quotes and your right to cancel
Our quotes are free and without obligation. If you agree a contract with us at your home, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you may have to pay for the work done up to that point.
All our work is carried out with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. If something isn’t right, call us first and we’ll put it right.
Building work
Structural work is carried out to approved plans and calculations and inspected by building control (South Holland District Council or an approved inspector). Plumbing, electrical and glazing work is done by the specialist local firms we work with.
