Privacy notice
This explains what we do with the details you give us when you ask for a quote. In short: we use them to reply to you about your project, and nothing else.
Who we are
A.Fuller Construction is run by [Owner’s full legal name] trading as A.Fuller Construction. We’re responsible for your personal data (the “controller”). You can contact us on 07940 992284 or hello@afullerconstruction.co.uk. Our full contact details are on the legal information page.
What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of project, when you’d like to start and anything you tell us about it. If you call, message us on WhatsApp or Facebook, or email, we keep what you send us.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and send you a quote. The legal basis is that you’ve asked us to take these steps before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. If you become a customer, we use your details to carry out the work and keep the records the law requires.
We don’t sell your details, we don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t use them for marketing.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form. A copy of each enquiry is kept in Cloudflare’s storage for 90 days as a backup, then deleted automatically. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form is being sent by a person, not a bot.
- Google provides our email, where your enquiry is delivered.
- Trades we work with, such as our plumber or electrician, only if you go ahead and they need your address or number to do their part of the job.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn’t go ahead, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep your details and job records for six years after the work finishes, for tax and in case there’s a question about the work.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Cloudflare Turnstile on the quote form may use data from your browser to check you’re not a bot.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Call or email us and we’ll respond within a month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
